Returns & Exchanges

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• Products that show signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration cannot be returned or exchanged.

Care Instructions

Every SLIX garment includes detailed care instructions to help preserve the fabric and print quality.

Damage caused by not following the recommended washing and care instructions (including improper washing, drying, ironing, or handling) is not covered under our return or exchange policy.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

• Items damaged due to improper care or misuse.
• Products that have been washed or worn.
• Products returned after the 14-day return window.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We'll review your case and arrange a replacement or exchange if the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility.
